The Annual Conference is WEETS, a flagship event which holds every year to bring together women from all sectors of the economy to unlearn relearn and learn whilst they deliberate on a contemporary theme with a wide range of topical issues that are relevant to women in Technology, business, corporate, public and development sectors.

WEETS is a non-profit organization that intends to create, programs that inspire, empower and advocate for greater representation of women in leadership positions both in the public and private sector. WEETS intends to collaborate with both local and international organizations to deliver programs, train women and build capacity which obviously will influence over 150,000 women in the long run.
